2.日本旅游签证须知

此签证手续只用于以开放ADS签证地区，本人户口常住中国的公民赴日旅游申请者，护照签发地为北京以外地区客人，如没有出境纪录(老人儿童除外)使馆暂不受理。

1、护照：有效期半年以上因私五年护照(护照末页“持照人签名处”须有本人签名，

学龄儿童可由监护人代签)使用换发的新护照请同时提供旧护照。

2、申请表：旅游签证申请表(我公司可提供，表格可复制使用，表格下面的.签名必须

跟护照后的签名一致，这点非常重要!)所填写资料须真实，座机电话最好

能本人接听，以便使馆核实资料。

3、照片：二寸张近期正面免冠彩色照片2张，背面请写明姓名。

4、身份证：本人身份证复印件(A4纸)

5、户口本：户口本主页及全家户口本复印件(A4纸)

6、在职证明：在职人员提供：工作单位在职证明(用单位抬头纸，加盖公章)，学生提

供学生证复印件(无学生证时，需提供学校开具的在学证明，加盖公章)，离退休人员提供离退休证原件。

7、所在单位营业执照复印件。

8、担保金：人民币5万元/人，如期随团回国后，护照消签后退还。

9、资产证明(包括本人存款证明原件5万元以上、房产证复印件、车证复印件，以上

证明资料最少提供一项)

10、使馆要求申请人补充资料，我社会及时通知。

签证注意事项

1、根据日本大使馆规定，旅游团回国后需要消签，由日方地接社向日本国土交通省提交归国报告书，身份事项页、日本国签证页、日本出入境记录页、中国边检的入境记录页的A4纸复印件，由我方提交驻华大使馆进行消遣，请客人协助。回国后在机场将护照交给领队带回我公司，以便及时消签。

2、发放签证是国家主权行为，是否签发由日本大使馆视情况而定，我方无权干涉，我部会及时通知参团者签证的情况。

3、以上材料均为申请签证所需资料，一经提交使馆，一律不予退还，如申请人不按照要求提供，或者提供虚假资料，一切后果自负。
